Texas Reclaimed Wood Featured in Remodel

GreenTex Builders recently completed this stunning "to-the-studs" remodel in central Austin. The nearly 4,000 square foot remodel and addition featured House+Earth’s Lone Star Salvaged Wood in a couple different aspects of the project. The beautiful patina of Texas-reclaimed antique pine pulled from the 121-year old Schlitz Brewhouse in San Antonio (structural deficiencies wouldn't allow it to remain standing) provided a richness in the flooring throughout the house. Another accent of century-old reclaimed wood that we call Barn-Top Oak is featured in the kitchen and living room as a rustic touch to a refined space.
